Darian Gaines - President of ICS
Darian took over running Image Cleaning in 2000 so her mom could retire. Darian has many years of cleaning experience including commercial and residential cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, as well as window and carpet cleaning. She has consulted with many businesses, both large and small to help them design a cleaning plan that fits their individual needs.
Darian volunteers with the Little Miami River Chamber Alliance and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter Lanah Brielle, reading and working out.
Lanah Brielle
Lanah Brielle is Darian’s daughter who works with her now as a 3rd generation woman in the company. Lanah started into the family business at a young age. She grew up working for Image Cleaning with Darian and her grandma Mary Jane.
Lanah loves the ocean and gets lost in the moment when she is any where near water. Her and her partner have 6 dogs and they like to travel and hike when they get the chance.
Mary Jane - Founder of ICS
Mary Jane started Image Cleaning Systems in 1976 as a residential cleaning service. It all began with a car that could only go forward and a $20 used vacuum cleaner. Some years later, the small residential cleaning company would grow to service 17 local banks and 23 retail stores.
Mary Jane founded this company to take care of her family, to provide jobs for others who wanted to do the same and to offer consistent, quality cleaning along with trustworthy service to companies who needed it.
Relationships were important to Mary Jane, and they are equally important to us now. Our average employee tenure and account relationship is an amazing 18 years.
Mary Jane founded the Company on the principals of consistent quality, trust, and dependable customer service. Today, I operate the company in the same way. We are happy to run this amazing family business through Mary Jane’s vision.
